What is included in monthly bookkeeping?
The exact scope depends on your business. A typical plan includes recording and categorizing transactions, reconciling agreed bank and credit-card accounts, reviewing the books for unusual activity, and providing monthly financial reports.
Can you clean up previous months?
Yes. Cleanup & Catch-Up is available for businesses that have fallen behind or need past transactions reviewed and corrected before monthly bookkeeping begins.
How often are accounts reconciled?
Accounts included in your monthly plan are generally reconciled each month against the official bank or credit-card statement.
Do you prepare tax returns or perform audits?
No. Tax-return preparation, audits, and regulated CPA services are not included. I provide organized books and financial reports that your tax professional can use.
Do you only work with businesses in Florida?
No. Suwannee River Bookkeeping is locally rooted in North Central Florida and can provide remote bookkeeping support to businesses in other locations.
